Summary

Fractional GTM / Product Marketing Strategist for AI Creator SaaS Launch Overview I’m the founder of Axxus, an AI-powered creator management and business intelligence platform currently in MVP development. Axxus is being built as a centralized operating layer for digital creators, bringing together creator strategy, monetization, analytics, financial insights, audience conversion, and AI-assisted workflows into one system. Our development agency is now beginning the customer-facing frontend and one-page marketing site. Before the website architecture, funnel, product storytelling, widgets, advertising, and launch campaigns are finalized, I’m looking for an experienced GTM / Product Marketing Strategist to create a cohesive go-to-market system for the product. This is **not a branding-from-scratch project**. We already have: * Full visual brand guidelines * Logo and identity system * Established color palette and typography * Brand tone and voice * Brand language controls * Initial positioning * Product roadmap/MVP direction * Development team actively building the product I need someone who can take those existing assets and translate them into a clear **commercial and acquisition strategy**. What I Need I’m looking for someone who understands the intersection of: **Product Marketing + GTM Strategy + SaaS + AI + Product-Led Growth** You will help define how Axxus moves from: **Brand → Positioning → Offer → Website → Funnel → Product Experience → Acquisition → Activation → Paid Conversion** The goal is to create one strategic system that can guide my developers, UI/UX team, future advertising team, content creators, and performance marketers. ## Scope of Work ### 1. Ideal Customer Profile & Market Entry Help define Axxus's initial ICP rather than launching broadly to “all creators.” This should include: * Primary creator segment for MVP launch * Creator business/revenue maturity * Pain points * Current alternatives/workflows * Buying motivations * Objections * Jobs-to-be-done * Highest-value initial use cases * Recommended beachhead market ### 2. Positioning & Value Proposition Refine Axxus's market positioning and clearly answer: * What category should Axxus own? * What does Axxus replace or consolidate? * Why should a creator use Axxus instead of their existing tools? * What is the core value proposition? * What makes the product meaningfully different? * What should Axxus lead with at launch? * What should NOT be emphasized yet? The existing brand direction positions Axxus more like a **creator operating system/control center** than a traditional marketing tool, coaching platform, or generic AI assistant. I want this positioning tested and refined rather than automatically replaced. ### 3. Messaging Architecture Develop a messaging hierarchy that can be used across: * Homepage * Paid ads * Organic campaigns * Product onboarding * Product UI * Email * Social media * Sales/partnership materials Deliverables should include: * Primary value proposition * Homepage headline directions * Supporting statement * 3–5 messaging pillars * Feature-to-benefit messaging * Differentiators * Objection handling * CTA language * Ad messaging angles Axxus already has an established verbal identity built around **quiet confidence, clarity, control, reliability, and reduced cognitive load**, rather than hype, urgency, hustle culture, or “get rich” messaging. The GTM strategy should work within that identity. ### 4. Funnel Architecture Design the recommended MVP acquisition and conversion funnel. Potential flow: **Ad / Creator Content → Landing Page → Product Preview → Signup → Onboarding → Data Connection/Input → Personalized Insight → Activation → Paid Conversion** I want your recommendation based on the product and ICP rather than simply following this example. Please define: * Funnel stages * Primary CTA * Signup strategy * Recommended free/trial/freemium structure * Activation event * First “aha moment” * Conversion events * Paywall timing * Retention loop * Re-engagement opportunities ### 5. One-Page Website Strategy Our developer/designer is preparing to build the Axxus one-page marketing site. I need you to define the **information architecture before the final page is designed**. Deliver: * Recommended page blocks * Order of sections * Purpose of each section * Headline/message direction * CTA placement * Product demonstration strategy * Trust-building sections * Feature presentation * Conversion logic I am particularly interested in making the **actual product UI/widgets part of the marketing experience** rather than relying entirely on static marketing copy. ### 6. Product Storytelling & Widget Strategy Help determine which parts of the Axxus product should be surfaced during acquisition. For example: * Sample creator analytics * AI recommendations * Revenue insights * Conversion opportunities * Content strategy insights * Business health/status * Recommended actions * Product dashboard preview The marketing experience, frontend widgets, and product experience should feel like one continuous system. ### 7. Paid Acquisition Strategy I am **not necessarily looking for you to personally manage ads**. I need the GTM foundation that an eventual performance marketer can execute against. Please develop: * Initial acquisition channel recommendations * Paid advertising hypotheses * 5–10 initial creative/message angles * Landing-page alignment * Ad-to-product message continuity * Initial testing matrix * Recommended early-stage budget/testing methodology * Metrics that determine whether an angle survives or is killed ### 8. Launch & Measurement Framework Define the initial launch measurement system, including recommended KPIs for: * CTR * Landing-page conversion * Cost per signup * Signup completion * Activation * Product engagement * Trial-to-paid conversion * CAC * Retention * Churn * Revenue per user I want the team to know what we're learning from the launch—not simply whether ads received clicks. ## Final Deliverable The primary deliverable should be an **Axxus GTM Playbook** that becomes the source of truth for the launch. It should clearly document: 1. ICP 2. Buyer/user pain points 3. Jobs-to-be-done 4. Market positioning 5. Category recommendation 6. Value proposition 7. Messaging architecture 8. Offer/pricing recommendations 9. Funnel architecture 10. Website information architecture 11. Product/widget storytelling 12. Activation strategy 13. Acquisition channels 14. Paid-ad angles 15. Launch plan 16. Testing strategy 17. KPI/measurement framework 18. Recommended next 30/60/90-day GTM priorities I would also like a **handoff/collaboration call with my development/design team** so the strategy can be translated correctly into the frontend. ## Existing Materials Provided The selected strategist will receive relevant materials including: * Axxus brand guidelines * Brand tone and voice documentation * Brand language control documentation * Branding asset package * Product/MVP information * Current feature architecture * Current website/front-end planning * Relevant developer documentation You will **not** be expected to recreate the existing visual identity. ## Ideal Experience Strong candidates will have experience with several of the following: * Early-stage SaaS * AI SaaS * Product-led growth * Product marketing * B2C or prosumer SaaS * Creator economy * Fintech/business intelligence products * Workflow or productivity SaaS * Launching pre-seed/seed-stage technology products * Building GTM strategy before significant paid acquisition Experience marketing AI products without relying on generic “AI-powered” messaging is particularly valuable. ## Not a Fit If This probably isn't the right project if your primary background is: * Social media management * Generic digital marketing * Graphic design * Branding/logo creation * Running Meta ads without product marketing strategy * Influencer marketing only * SEO only * Funnel templates without SaaS/product strategy I am looking for a **strategic product marketer/GTM operator first**. ## Project Structure I expect this to initially be a **2–4 week strategy sprint** with the possibility of continued fractional involvement during launch. I prefer a milestone-based engagement. Suggested phases: **Milestone 1 — Discovery + ICP + Positioning** **Milestone 2 — Messaging + Offer + Funnel** **Milestone 3 — Website/Product Storytelling + Acquisition Strategy** **Milestone 4 — Final GTM Playbook + Developer Handoff** Please recommend adjustments if your process differs. ## When Applying Please include: 1. 2–3 examples of SaaS products you have helped position or launch. 2. What stage those companies were at when you became involved. 3. Your specific role in their GTM. 4. One example where you influenced the website/funnel **before** paid acquisition began. 5. Experience with AI, creator economy, prosumer, PLG, or subscription products. 6. A sample GTM/product-marketing deliverable if available. 7. Your proposed process for this project. 8. Estimated timeline. 9. Fixed-price or milestone-based budget recommendation. **Please begin your proposal with the words “GTM before traffic” so I know you've read the scope.** I am not looking for someone to simply create ads or redesign the brand. I need someone who can take an established product and brand direction and build the commercial system connecting the **frontend, funnel, product experience, messaging, advertising, and launch strategy**.
