Fractional General Counsel / Technology Attorney (AI, SaaS, Healthcare & Commercial Contracts)

We are looking for a practical, business-oriented attorney who can help us review, negotiate, and improve commercial agreements while providing general legal guidance as our company grows. Typical work will include: • Customer Master Services Agreements (MSAs) • Statements of Work (SOWs) • Vendor and subcontractor agreements • Independent contractor agreements • NDAs and confidentiality agreements • Partner and referral agreements • Support and managed services agreements • Data privacy and security provisions • Intellectual property ownership and licensing terms • Contract negotiation strategy and risk assessment Experience with technology companies, SaaS businesses, AI services, and data privacy is strongly preferred.
