**About Us** We are a fast growing junk removal and light demolition company in Tampa Bay focusing on residential clients, primarily from high intent Google traffic. We serve residential and commercial property owners (including mobile home parks and property managers) and win on: fast same day service, photo documentation, and white glove execution. **What We’re Looking For** I am NOT looking for a generic “PPC manager” who throws up Performance Max and disappears. I want a **hands on Google Ads specialist** who: - Lives inside Search campaigns for **local service businesses** and understands call driven lead gen. - Has **specific experience in junk removal, dumpster rental, home services, or other blue collar local leads**. - Can **work hourly on an as needed basis**, screenshare with me, and explain what you are doing and why, so my team and I get better over time. **Current Situation (So You Know We’re Serious)** - Single location local service business, junk removal / light demo. - Running Google Search Ads and LSAs, tracking calls and jobs. - We care about **profit after ad spend**, not vanity metrics. - We are okay spending aggressively if we maintain at least a 3:1 profit to ad plus fee ratio. **Your Responsibilities** This is an execution heavy and teaching heavy role: 1. **Audit & Fix (First 2–4 Sessions)** - Audit existing campaigns, structure, keywords, match types, negatives, ad copy, and settings. - Identify wasted spend and immediate fixes. - Clean up and standardize structure specifically for local junk removal intent. 2. **Rebuild / Optimize For Lead Quality** - Rebuild or refine campaigns around high intent search terms (junk removal near me, shed removal, cleanouts, etc.), not broad junk. - Tight ad groups, keyword themes, and negative keyword systems to protect budget. - Set up / verify conversion tracking (calls, forms, booked jobs) and align with our CRM. 3. **Ongoing Coaching + Iteration (As Needed)** - Meet live via Zoom / Google Meet, screenshare, and work the account together. - Propose specific tests: bids, ad copy, extensions, scheduling, geo, device splits, etc. - Help us interpret data and make decisions about scaling, pausing, or shifting budget between Search and LSA. **How We’ll Work Together** - Engagement: Hourly, starting with a **paid audit plus working session** as a test. - Cadence: Likely 1–2 working sessions per week at the start, then taper to periodic tune ups. - Style: Cameras on, in account together, no black box. I fully expect to learn your process and eventually have my team run it internally. **Must Have Experience** Please **do not apply** unless you can show: - 3+ years directly managing **Google Search Ads for local service businesses** (home services, trades, junk removal, dumpsters, etc). - Proven track record hitting **CPL / CPA targets** for local lead gen. - Strong grasp of: - Search campaigns (not just PMax). - Match types and search term management. - Negative keyword strategy for local service. - Call tracking and conversion tracking. **Nice To Have** - Experience specifically with **junk removal or dumpster rental**. - Familiarity with LSAs and how they play with Search. - Experience integrating with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs. **What To Include In Your Proposal** To filter out the clueless: 1. A short note on **your experience with junk removal or similar home services**. 2. 2–3 anonymized examples where you improved a **local service Google Ads account**: - Starting CPL / CPA and ending CPL / CPA. - Rough ad spend levels. 3. A **1–2 paragraph audit of what you would look at first** in a junk removal account spending \$100–\$300 per day on Search. 4. Confirm you are comfortable with: - Live working sessions over Zoom. - Me and my team learning your approach over time.
