Fractional Head of Product / Apparel Product Development Consultant

We’re a fast-growing DTC apparel brand looking for an experienced Fractional Head of Product / Product Development Consultant to work with us on a part-time, ongoing basis. Our biggest need is someone who can help us turn product ideas and reference samples into detailed, factory-ready tech packs and improve the technical side of our product development process. What You’ll Help With: -Create detailed, production-ready tech packs -Turn concepts and reference products into clear specifications for our factories -Advise on fabric selection, composition, GSM/weight, feel, and performance -Develop measurements, size charts, fit specifications, and construction details -Review samples and provide clear revision and fit notes -Help improve existing products and develop new products -Communicate technical requirements clearly to overseas suppliers -Reduce unnecessary sampling rounds and supplier back-and-forth Who We’re Looking For: You should have strong experience in apparel product development, technical design, and manufacturing. We’re especially interested in candidates who have: -Expert-level experience creating tech packs -Strong knowledge of fabrics and garment construction -Experience working directly with overseas factories -Taken apparel products from concept through sampling and production -Experience with fast-growing DTC apparel brands This is a **part-time/fractional consulting role** with the opportunity for ongoing work as we continue expanding our product line.
