Fractional Head of SEO and AEO

We’re seeking a fractional Head of SEO and AEO to create a clear plan for improving keyword rankings and increasing website traffic. The role will focus on analyzing current performance, identifying opportunities, and building a strategy that can be executed by our team. You should be able to recommend practical steps, prioritize actions, and help us understand how to grow organic visibility over time. A little about us, we are an IT services provider based in Culver City and support clients in Los Angeles and other states. We are solely B2B and have been getting some traffic via AI recommendations and want to get more of them. Additionally, we want to increase our local presence through local SEO and AEO. We already have an agency and internal web development team but need some help overhauling the website to increase traffic and conversion.
