Summary

We're seeking a Fractional Marketing Manager (Ad Buyer) for a client to develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, results-oriented, and experienced in creating high-performing paid media strategies that drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize return on ad spend across platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, AdRoll, and other digital advertising channels. Responsibilities: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Pinterest, AdRoll, and other relevant advertising channels. Conduct audience research and customer segmentation to develop targeted advertising strategies, including retargeting and remarketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, manage advertising budgets, and make data-driven optimizations to maximize return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS). Monitor conversion tracking, identify tracking issues, and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure accurate campaign reporting. Track and analyze key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and other relevant KPIs. Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, and campaign strategies to continuously improve campaign performance. Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid advertising strategies with overall marketing and business objectives. Recommend new campaign ideas, promotions, audience strategies, and optimization initiatives based on campaign performance and insights. Research competitors, industry trends, advertising platform updates, and emerging best practices to keep campaigns competitive and drive continuous improvement.
