We are entering Phase 1 (Alpha testing) and are looking for a sharp, proactive Outreach Assistant to surgically recruit our first 10–20 high-intent alpha testers across specific Reddit communities. This is NOT a spam or mass-messaging role. We do not drop links publicly or use automated bots. We practice high-empathy, manual, one-on-one relationship building with users who are actively looking for solutions to acute problems. Core Responsibilities: Account Nurturing: Manage and naturally build up 2–3 dedicated Reddit accounts by engaging authentically in unrelated discussions to maintain clean account health and karma.Targeted Scraping & Monitoring: Daily monitoring of specific subreddits (e.g., r/QuittingVaping, r/datingoverthirty) using advanced search strings to find individuals expressing deep, immediate frustration with their current habits or dating lives.High-Empathy Outreach: Reach out via Reddit DM to high-intent users using our customized, problem-first script templates (you will tailor each message slightly to mention their specific post).Lead Handshake: Manage the conversations cleanly and hand off interested users directly to the founder for TestFlight onboarding. Requirements: Flawless, Natural Written English: You must be able to communicate with high empathy, nuance, and zero grammatical errors.
