About Everyday Dose Everyday Dose is a fast-growing wellness brand on a mission to help people feel like their best selves every day. We view merchandise as an extension of our brand and customer loyalty experience, not as a standalone profit center or hype-driven drops business. We’re looking for an experienced Fractional Merchandising Manager to build and operate our merchandise program from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning customer insights into physical products, enjoys working across suppliers and designers, and has experience managing merchandise programs for DTC brands. SCOPE - Initial engagement: 20-30 hours per week - Contract: 3-month trial with opportunity to extend or convert into an ongoing role - Location: Remote - Time zones: Preference for North America or overlapping working hours What You’ll Own You will be the dedicated owner of our merchandise program and responsible for execution from concept through launch. Responsibilities - Own day-to-day execution of the Everyday Dose merchandise program - Coordinate with leadership to translate merchandise strategy into quarterly launch plans - Source manufacturers and suppliers for apparel, drinkware, accessories, and other branded merchandise - Gather and compare MOQ tiers, pricing structures, lead times, and production capabilities across vendors - Manage relationships with manufacturers and negotiate favorable terms - Coordinate with external designers and creative partners to bring products to life - Oversee product development timelines from concept through delivery - Manage the online merchandise storefront (Shopify experience required) - Partner with operations teams on forecasting and inventory planning - Coordinate launches with marketing, loyalty, and community initiatives - Track key metrics including margins, sell-through rates, inventory levels, and product performance - Recommend improvements to our merchandise program based on customer feedback and performance data How We Think About Merch Merchandise is a brand and loyalty extension. We are building products our customers genuinely want to wear and use every day. Our current philosophy: - Five products per quarter - Evergreen products first - Customer demand drives prioritization - Target-quality products at accessible price points - Pricing based on value with healthy margins - No loss leaders - Limited partnerships or collaborations unless the partner actively markets to their audience - Merchandise should integrate into rewards and loyalty experiences over time Initial Product Categories Examples of products currently under consideration include: - Hoodies - T-shirts - Hats - 32 oz insulated bottles - Mugs - Tote bags - Small branded accessories Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience managing merchandise programs, product development, or merchandising operations - Experience sourcing physical products from manufacturers and vendors - Strong negotiation skills with suppliers - Experience working with Shopify - Proven ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and timelines - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Experience gathering and evaluating MOQ pricing structures Preferred: - Experience working with DTC brands - Experience in wellness, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands - Experience launching both apparel and hard goods - Familiarity with loyalty or rewards programs - Existing supplier relationships What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you will: - Establish a repeatable merchandise operating cadence - Finalize supplier relationships for priority products - Build MOQ and pricing frameworks across product categories - Coordinate the launch of our first quarterly merchandise lineup - Ensure the Shopify merchandise experience is operational and optimized - Create visibility into forecasting, timelines, and key decisions To Apply Please include: 1.
