Fractional Operations Partner / Systems & Workflow Consultant

We are seeking an elite, execution-focused Fractional Operations Partner / Consultant to collaborate directly with the founder. If you are a natural "Architect-Builder" who thrives on translating high-level vision into organized, scalable, and high-performing digital systems, this role is for you. Core Scope of Work: Your primary objectives will center on designing frameworks, documenting institutional knowledge, and aligning our delivery pipelines. Specifically, you will own: Vision Translation: Partner with the founder to extract macro strategic goals and distill them into micro-level execution plans and implementation roadmaps. Workflow Architecture: Map out seamless end-to-end customer journeys and design the internal, back-end team workflows to support them without friction. SOP & Process Documentation: Audit current ad-hoc routines and formalize them into world-class Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and a centralized knowledge base. Systems & Scale: Build predictable operational frameworks that minimize team confusion, optimize cross-functional communication, and ensure organizational alignment.
