About the company The Nurtury is a concierge matching platform connecting families with vetted independent providers — birth doulas, postpartum doulas, lactation consultants, newborn care specialists, and sleep consultants. We are in active launch with a small, remote team. The situation The founder holds a concurrent full-time executive role outside this business. A reliable team member handles day-to-day task execution — HubSpot, ClickUp, packet preparation, and operational support. What is missing is someone above that layer: an operator who owns workstreams end-to-end and handles what the founder currently handles herself. What will you own - Managing and directing day-to-day - Contractor coordination — written briefs, milestone tracking, output QA, scope enforcement - Platform integrity — HubSpot, Airtable, ClickUp, DocuSign sequencing - Event operations — registration logistics, pre- and post-event execution - Cross-workstream visibility — knowing what is in flight, what is at risk, and what requires founder input vs. what you resolve - Marketing and sales management What this is not This is not a VA role and not task execution. You build the list, own the outcome, and escalate only when the founder is the sole decision-maker. You are a fit if: - You have run operations for a founder-led services business or marketplace - You manage people and hold them accountable to outcomes, not just activity - You catch problems before they surface — in documents, in workflows, in contractor output - You come to the founder with a recommended answer, not an open question - You are fluent in HubSpot, Airtable, ClickUp, or equivalent platforms - You are available for urgent support starting this week To apply, please answer: - Describe a time you caught a critical error before it reached a client or went out the door. - What tools have you used: HubSpot, Airtable, ClickUp, DocuSign, WordPress? - What is your hourly rate and weekly availability?
