Summary

We are looking for an experienced partnerships / affiliate program operator to help us stand up a new B2B partnership and affiliate program for a fast-growing auto dealership logistics platform. Think “Uber for car dealerships” — we help dealerships coordinate logistics and transportation through a technology-enabled marketplace. This is a part-time contract role for an initial 3–5 month engagement. You will work closely with the CEO to design the program from the ground up, implement the right tooling and processes, and onboard our first batch of partners and affiliates. We expect this program to scale to 100+ partners over the next 12 months, so we need someone who has built and operationalized similar programs before. The ideal candidate has direct experience building partnership, referral, affiliate, or channel programs at a VC-backed startup or high-growth technology company. You should be comfortable operating hands-on, defining the strategy, setting up workflows, coordinating with design and marketing partners on enablement resources, managing partner communications, and helping us establish a repeatable playbook. Responsibilities will include: * Designing the structure of the partner / affiliate program * Recommending and helping implement tooling for tracking, onboarding, communication, and reporting * Defining the enablement resources needed for partners and coordinating with our design / marketing partners to help bring those materials together * Helping identify, qualify, and onboard the first cohort of partners * Working directly with the CEO on program strategy, execution, and iteration * Establishing the foundation for a program that can scale to 100+ partners Requirements: * Prior experience building a partnership, affiliate, referral, or channel program from scratch * Experience working with VC-backed startups or high-growth technology companies * Strong understanding of B2B partnerships, partner operations, and go-to-market strategy * Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment * Excellent communication and documentation skills * Experience with partner tooling, CRM systems, affiliate platforms, or related GTM tools is a plus * Experience in logistics, automotive, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS is a plus This is a remote, part-time contractor role. We use Slack and Zoom for communication. If hired, you will complete a background check through Checkr and be provided SSO access through a Microsoft email account. Please include examples of partnership, affiliate, referral, or channel programs you have built or helped scale, especially in startup or technology environments.
