Fractional AI Product, GTM & Sales Automation Consultant (Agency Preferred)

Overview We are launching a specialized AI Automation & Agentic AI consulting business and are seeking an experienced consultant or agency to help us define, package, and launch our service offerings. We are not looking for someone to simply build AI agents. We are looking for a strategic partner who can help us create a repeatable business model, define our go-to-market strategy, build our service catalog, and establish scalable sales and delivery processes. We prefer experienced agencies or consultants who have previously helped launch AI, automation, SaaS, consulting, or managed service businesses. Since we are an early-stage venture, we are looking for a fractional engagement with a lean budget initially. The first objective is to create a foundation capable of supporting client acquisition and delivery.
