Job Title: Fractional Project Manager & QA Tester (Bilingual English/Spanish) – No CRM, Just Pure Tech Testing! Job Description: We are ZurPlus Smart Roofing Technology, a high-tech, asset-light platform designed to revolutionize the residential roofing industry starting right here in Florida. We are explicitly NOT a CRM. We are a razor-sharp, 3-Tier pricing and milestone protection engine that connects homeowners with contractors. Our core platform is currently being built natively inside Bubble, utilizing a 6-Factor Weighted Scoring Matrix, localized pricing multipliers, and third-party API integrations. We are looking for our very first core team member: a fractional, detail-obsessed Project Manager & Quality Assurance (QA) Tester who is completely fluent in both English and Spanish. You will act as the critical bridge between the Founder and our Lead Developer. Your Responsibilities: Ruthless Testing & QA: Manually audit and "stress test" every Bubble workflow, database log, and user screen. You will run test properties through the system to ensure that variables clear to $0 upon reset and that pricing calculations match our master logic. Mobile Auditing: Perform strict mobile UI/UX audits using an iPhone to ensure the Admin Oversight Dashboard and user portals look flawless on mobile screens. Sprint Tracking: Review weekly developer updates, check off completed deliverables, and document any bugs or logical discrepancies in a clean, organized tracker. Bilingual Localization Check: Verify that the Manual Concierge workflow and all user-facing text are natural and accurate in both English and Spanish. Who You Are: Detail-Obsessed: You notice when a font is off, a button is misaligned, or a math calculation is even a penny incorrect. Systems Thinker: You know how to use Google Sheets/Notion to track bugs and tasks systematically. Friction Fighter: You hate bloated software. You understand the value of keeping a platform simple, fast, and budget-conscious. Fluent in English & Spanish: Able to review and write clear documentation in both languages. Bubble Familiarity (A Plus, Not Required): You don't need to be a developer, but knowing your way around a Bubble dashboard or database structure is a massive bonus.
