Fractional Recruiting Trainer for Boutique Recruiting Agency (Weekly Coaching, Remote)

We are a fully remote boutique recruiting agency supporting clients across aerospace/engineering, construction, legal, and skilled trades. We're looking for an experienced recruiting trainer to provide weekly, hands-on coaching to our team of recruiters. This is not a course-building or content-creation role. We need a practitioner who can sit down with each recruiter individually, look at their actual searches, and make them better. What You'll Do Conduct a dedicated 1:1 coaching session (approximately 1 hour per week) with each recruiter on our team Review and refine Boolean search strings and sourcing strategies in real time Audit active searches on LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, identifying gaps in approach Coach on candidate outreach, messaging, screening quality, and pipeline conversion Provide practical, role-specific guidance across technical, construction, legal, and high-volume positions Share brief feedback summaries after each session so progress is visible to leadership What We're Looking For 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency background strongly preferred Proven sourcing expertise: advanced Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, x-ray searching, and alternative channels Prior experience training, mentoring, or managing recruiters Ability to coach across varied industries and role types, from high-volume field roles to niche technical and professional searches Direct, supportive coaching style; you build skill and confidence, not dependence Comfortable working with recruiters at different experience levels (4 months to 3+ years) Engagement Details Fully remote, ongoing contract Approximately 4 to 6 hours per week (weekly 1:1s plus light prep and feedback notes) Flexible scheduling within US business hours (Eastern time preferred) Hourly rate; please include your rate in your proposal
