We create content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with a focus on career growth, project management, leadership, and professional development. I'm looking for someone analytical, organized, and detail-oriented to help monitor content performance and provide insights that help us continue growing. This is not a content creation role. This is not a social media management role. This role focuses on helping us understand what's working, what's not, and where opportunities exist. Responsibilities Monthly Analytics Review Review performance across platforms including: TikTok Instagram YouTube LinkedIn (when applicable) Analyze: Follower growth Reach Engagement Shares Saves Watch time Top-performing content Lowest-performing content Profile visits Website clicks (when available) Lead indicators (DMs, inquiries, registrations, etc.) Monthly Performance Summary Create a concise presentation (PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides) summarizing: What worked Examples: Top performing posts Strongest content themes Highest engagement drivers What didn't work Examples: Underperforming content Content fatigue Engagement drops Opportunities Examples: Content topics to create more of Platforms showing momentum Audience trends Growth recommendations Monthly Team Meeting Attend one monthly virtual content review meeting. During the meeting you will: Present your findings Share recommendations Answer questions Highlight wins Identify opportunities for improvement This role will interact with our content team and help provide accountability by measuring results across content efforts. What Success Looks Like Success is not simply reporting numbers. Success is helping us answer questions such as: Why did this content perform well? What should we do more of next month? What should we stop doing? Which platform is gaining traction? What is driving inquiries, registrations, or leads? Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Enjoys working with data Understands social media analytics Can identify patterns and trends Communicates insights clearly Is comfortable presenting findings Can think beyond the numbers and make recommendations Experience with any of the following is helpful: TikTok Analytics Instagram Insights YouTube Studio LinkedIn Analytics Canva PowerPoint Google Slides Estimated Time Commitment Approximately: 1.5 hours monthly analysis/reporting 30-minute monthly meeting Total: 1–2 hours per month Compensation Hourly contract. Please include: A brief description of your experience reviewing social media analytics. An example of how you would identify whether content is succeeding or failing. How you'd determine employees that are greatly contributing to the organizations growth.
