THE PROBLEM I run a profitable multi-store e-commerce business across several European markets on WooCommerce, with a small remote team and one technical contractor. The contractor executes well but does not initiate reporting, audits, or strategic direction. I need a senior technical set of eyes above the day-to-day: someone who sees the whole picture from altitude and tells me, in plain language, what is healthy and what is at risk. This is an advisory and oversight role. It is NOT a hands-on build, and NOT a replatform. I am not looking to rebuild what already works. HOW IT WORKS Roughly one day per month, recurring, async-first. You drop in monthly, assess the full stack, and deliver to me an overview plus a clear, ordered priority list. I then direct my contractor and we execute through the month. You check progress and reset the list next cycle. You are advising me. You are not managing my team. Budget: roughly 1,000 to 2,000 EUR per month for about one day of work. Live work you would engage with right now: - A 3PL integration in progress (Poland warehouse to WooCommerce) - Marketplace integrations in the setup phase (Bol.com, Amazon) - Ongoing security and reliability (we resolved a card-skimming incident and completed PCI SAQ A; I want proactive prevention, not reactive cleanup) - An internal analytics dashboard that needs structure (some pages broken, some working, no clear priority) MONTHLY DELIVERABLES 1. A whole-stack technical health overview across the stores and dashboard, written for me in plain language 2. A prioritized, ordered action list I can hand to my contractor 3. A progress check on the prior month's list before issuing the next 4. Risk flags across security, reliability, and integrations, ranked 5. A 30-minute async or live review with me MONTH ONE (PAID TRIAL) The first month is a paid trial. The deliverable is a whole-stack overview plus a prioritized action list. If it is sharp and I can act on it, we continue monthly. If not, we part ways, no hard feelings. WHO THIS IS FOR An experienced e-commerce operator who has run online stores many times and brings clarity, not complexity. Payments, checkout, security, and integration fluency expected. EU timezone or strong overlap with EU mornings. OUT OF SCOPE Rebuilding what already works, net-new build projects, team hiring, product strategy. No rush. I am hiring for fit, not speed.
