Fractional E-commerce Email Marketing Lead — Brevo + Shopify

We are building email into a measurable revenue and customer-retention channel ahead of the holiday season. We need one hands-on email marketer who can build the system, operate it, analyze the results, and continuously improve it and transfer ownership to internal teams. You will take end-to-end ownership of TurkishBling’s email and lifecycle marketing channel for an initial 90-day engagement. You must personally be able to: Audit and configure Brevo Integrate and validate Shopify data Establish accurate campaign attribution and reporting Develop the campaign and segmentation strategy Build ready-to-use email templates Set up lifecycle automations Execute scheduled campaigns Review performance and recommend specific improvements Required Experience ------------------------- Demonstrated e-commerce email and lifecycle marketing experience Strong hands-on experience with Brevo Shopify integration and e-commerce reporting experience GA4 and UTM attribution knowledge Email deliverability and list-hygiene knowledge Experience building conversion-focused, mobile-responsive templates Experience creating and optimizing lifecycle automations Strong direct-response email copy and merchandising judgment Ability to connect campaign performance to orders, revenue, and individual products Jewelry, fashion, accessories, gifting, or other visual DTC brand experience is strongly preferred.
