Frame by frame animator experienced with CSP animations, Blender Grease Pencil

Looking for an animator well versed in any of these 3 tools, arranged in order of preference: 1. Blender Grease Pencil 2. Procreate/Procreate Dreams 3. Clip Studio paint Your task will be to create short cute animations of cute chubby characters. You need to have good grasp on all the basic animation principles so that we, the client, do not need to reexplain things like follow through, stretch and squash, anticipation, ease in ease out etc. It would be perfect if your default art style is already kawaii and cute, because thats what you will be working on. The animations are going to be short, maxing out at 10-15 seconds each. We will make use of wobbly animation lines, smear frames etc to keep animations feeling alive while skimping on keyframes. This job is listed at $750, split into 10-20 different animations, individually priced depending on their length. The animations will mostly be cute characters doing silly cute things.
