Framer Designer/Developer — long-term partner for multi-site rollout (5+ sites/year)

About us We're a growing Dutch group of installation companies (electrical, HVAC, plumbing). We acquire established local businesses and modernise them, including their web presence. We currently run 2 live Framer sites and expect to roll out up to 5 more over the next 12 months as acquisitions close, plus ongoing smaller design work. What we need Redesign of an existing company site in Framer. Modernised, but built on the acquired company's existing brand and design specs. We deliberately don't reinvent the identity with every acquisition, so the current site is your starting point, not a blank page. We also provide reference sites we like. Ongoing small technical fixes and design tweaks across our portfolio of sites. Low-volume, but we want someone reachable rather than someone who disappears after launch. Occasional other design work (one-pagers, presentation assets, social). Site requirements - Simple sites, roughly 5–8 pages: Home, services, about, contact, careers, blog. - Maximum 2 CMS collections per site. Hard constraint - it keeps us on our basic Framer plan. Don't design around more. - One of those collections is job vacancies, fed via API. We use Recruit CRM as our ATS. The intended setup is Recruit CRM → Airtable (middle layer, where we add logos and extra fields) → Framer CMS, running on each portfolio site. Our group site then aggregates vacancies from all portfolio companies into a single overview. If you've built API-fed Framer CMS collections before, say so - this is the most technical part of the job. - No team/staff section. - Responsive, fast, clean, SEO basics done properly. - Copy is delivered in English; we handle Dutch translation in-house. Required skills - Strong Framer experience. Portfolio required - bonus if you've built sites in trades, construction, industrial or B2B services, since that's the visual language we need. - Comfortable with Framer CMS + API integrations (Airtable or similar). - AI image generation and editing. Our companies have limited existing photography, so we generate what's missing. We've had good results with the latest ChatGPT image model - that or an equivalent tool is fine, as long as the output is realistic: actual-looking tradespeople on actual job sites. No stock-photo feel, no obvious AI artifacts, no illustration or icon-style filler. Structure & budget Fixed price per site. Quote your price for one complete redesign (design + build + launch) based on the scope above. Separately, quote your hourly rate for ad-hoc tweaks and support.
