Summary

About us M2Rent is a Polish long-term rental management company (500+ apartments, 7 cities, 10-person team). We're rebuilding our existing Framer website on a new design we've finished in Figma. We're looking for a Framer expert who can build with craft, propose smart animation choices, and migrate cleanly without breaking SEO. The project: - Build new Framer site from completed Figma designs (~20 page templates: home, offer, pricing comparison, city template, blog index, blog article, contact, about, team, calculator) - Migrate content from current Framer site preserving all URLs (we'll provide a pre-migration crawl) - Set up Framer CMS for blog — must be self-editable by non-technical team members - Implement interactive Poland map (hover + click-through to city pages) - Front-end rental potential calculator (pure JS formula, no backend) - Primary language PL; EN as a single landing page only - Contact forms → email delivery - External link to existing client panel (SON) — no auth work needed - Integrate existing cookie banner plugin (we provide config) Example desing projects are attached. Required skills — please demonstrate in your portfolio: - Framer (production sites, not template assemblies — share 2–3 live links) - Framer Motion / advanced animation work - Framer CMS architecture (collections, content modeling, editorial workflow) - Figma → Framer pixel-perfect implementation, responsive across all breakpoints - SEO-aware migration: URL preservation, redirects, meta tags, sitemap, structured data - Performance optimization to Core Web Vitals targets Animations We want rich, distinctive animations but we don't want to dictate every detail. In your cover letter, propose 2–3 specific animation concepts for M2Rent. We're open to: scroll-driven reveals, page transitions, parallax, animated counters, refined micro-interactions, animated map states, scroll storytelling on the timeline section, hover choreography. Show references from your portfolio or sites you admire. Definition of Done — acceptance checklist: 1. All Figma pages built; responsive on desktop, tablet, mobile 2. All component states delivered: default, hover, active, focus, loading, empty, error 3. Framer CMS configured for blog; non-technical team member can publish unaided 4. Interactive Poland map functional (hover + click-through to city pages) 5. Rental calculator working with documented JS formula 6. All forms submitting to email with anti-spam (honeypot or hCaptcha) 7. All URLs from pre-migration crawl preserved or 301-redirected (we provide the list) 8. SEO: per-page meta + OG tags, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, structured data (Organization, LocalBusiness, Article) 9. Core Web Vitals on PageSpeed Insights mobile: LCP lower than 2.5s, CLS lower than 0.1, INP lower than 200ms — verified on the live domain before sign-off 10. Cookie banner integrated and functioning 11. Cross-browser tested: latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge 12. EN landing page delivered 13. Handoff: written content-editing documentation for the Framer panel + 1 Loom walkthrough 14. 2 rounds of revisions included after first delivery Timeline Hard deadline: live by end of June 2026 Budget Fixed-price preferred. Propose your total cost with a brief breakdown. We're looking for the best value — high quality at a fair price — not the cheapest bid. Optional ongoing maintenance retainer is welcome if you're interested. Selection process 1. We review cover letters and portfolios 2. Shortlist → 30-minute discovery call 3. Paid test task: rebuild one section we specify from our Figma + add your proposed animation. 24h turnaround, $75 flat fee, paid regardless of outcome 4. Winner gets the full contract To apply, include in your cover letter: - 2–3 Framer portfolio links (production sites preferred over concept work) - Confirmation of experience with: Framer CMS, Framer Motion, SEO-preserving migration - 2–3 specific animation concepts you'd propose for M2Rent (concrete, not generic) - Total fixed price + your proposed delivery timeline - Confirmation you're available through end of June 2026 - Answer one question: "What's the trickiest Framer constraint you've hit on a real project, and how did you work around it?" Generic applications will be ignored. We want someone genuinely strong with Framer who's excited about a B2B project with real design ambition.
