Framer Expert Needed: Build Agency Landing Page Structure (Layout & Components)

I am looking for a Framer expert to build the structure for my agency landing page. I have already planned the entire flow, section order, and content strategy. I do not need you to design a strategy from scratch; I need you to execute the plan I have prepared. What I need you to do: Execute the Layout: You will build the site structure (wireframe/layout) following my exact section order. Components & Interactivity: Setup the components including Hero section, Case Study Grid (with hover effects), Marquee sections, FAQ Accordion (single-expand logic), and an Overlay Popup for lead collection. Responsive Build: Ensure mobile and desktop alignment is pixel-perfect. Clean & Scalable Structure: Use Framer’s native components so the structure is clean and ready for me to populate with final assets. Work Logic & Expectations: Follow the Plan: I have already planned the exact flow and structure. Do not change the section order; your focus is the Framer implementation, component setup, and animation logic. Content Placeholders: I will populate all final text and images myself. Where I require a photo or text, you will use clear placeholders (e.g., "Place image here," "Heading text here"). Style: The design must be premium, minimalist, and "dark mode" (high-end agency style). Requirements: Portfolio: You must provide a link to your Framer portfolio. Applications without a portfolio link will be ignored. Communication: Looking for someone who can follow the brief precisely and deliver a clean, bug-free structure.
