Framer designer-developer — high-performance waitlist landing page (custom API capture flow)

I’m the founder of a consumer mobile app launching in spring 2027 (confidential — NDA before details). I need the pre-launch waitlist landing page built in Framer. One page, one action, mobile-first: nearly all traffic arrives by QR code on a smartphone, outdoors, often on weak 4G. This is not a template job. Here is the full scope, so you can estimate seriously: • Custom capture flow: independent field-level writes to Brevo (email saved first, then each optional field saves on tap), optimistic UI, automatic background retry on weak network, idempotent writes (no duplicate contacts, no duplicate emails, nothing lost on refresh). • A minimal serverless relay (Cloudflare Workers, Vercel or equivalent) so the Brevo API key never appears client-side; rate-limited and hardened. • State restoration via an opaque contact token carried by the email confirmation link. • Brevo setup: contact attributes, 3 transactional automations with conditional content blocks, double opt-in. • Deliverability: you provide the SPF/DKIM/DMARC records for a dedicated sending subdomain (the client applies them — you never touch the DNS account). • Short redirect paths writing a source attribute; unknown paths redirect to the page, never a 404. • Plausible analytics with custom events. • Open Graph / link-preview tags and favicon. • Framer localization active from the first build (French only filled). • Everything lives in variables/component properties — zero hard-coded content. You start before the final logo and colours exist; brand assets are injected when they arrive. • All copy is final and locked. You build it; you never rewrite it (you may flag concerns). Hard acceptance criteria (contractual): interactive in under 2 seconds on weak 4G · Lighthouse mobile ≥ 90 · total page weight under 1 MB · tap feedback under 100 ms · confirmation email in inbox under 10 seconds. Acceptance happens on real iOS and Android phones, including a degraded-network pass — not shrunk browser windows. Format and payment: • Fixed price per milestone, escrow-funded — this is not an hourly mission. M1 = full build. M2 = real-device acceptance, fixes, performance hardening, and full handover of the Framer project and relay code. • Every deliverable is code-reviewed by our independent technical auditor (senior developer, read-only access) before each milestone payment. Non-negotiable. • After NDA you receive the full technical specification and the locked copy deck; your final quote is then detailed per milestone, line by line, referencing the spec’s section numbers. It must be consistent with the estimate in your application — a large unexplained jump is disqualifying. • This is an intensive, full-time build (around 40 h/week until delivery). Solo freelancers only — no agencies, no handoffs. In your cover letter, include: (1) an indicative total price range and estimated hours, based on the scope above; (2) your earliest start date; (3) confirmation you can work full-time on this until delivery; (4) one link to a Framer project you built that includes custom code / API integration.
