Franchise Attorney / Franchise Consultant

We are seeking an experienced franchise attorney or franchise consultant to assist with the review, completion, and finalization of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and Franchise Agreement. The documents have already been drafted, but we need an expert to assess their current status, identify any gaps, make necessary updates, and help bring the documents to a final, launch-ready state. Scope of Work: Review existing FDD and Franchise Agreement Identify missing items, inconsistencies, or compliance concerns Update and revise documents as needed Recommend and implement any required additions Help prepare the documents for franchise sales and future registrations, if applicable Requirements: Significant experience with franchise law and FDD preparation Experience drafting, reviewing, and finalizing franchise agreements Familiarity with state registration requirements is a plus Ability to advise on both legal compliance and practical franchising considerations When applying, please provide details about your franchise experience, examples of franchise systems you have worked with, and your approach to reviewing and finalizing franchise documents.
