Freelance Accountant & Google Sheets Specialist

We are a collective of 3 projects operating in sustainable development in Indonesia. We work across two currencies (IDR and EUR) and manage budgets, expenses, and income across all three entities in a shared Google Sheets system. **What we need:** We are looking for an experienced accountant/bookkeeper who can: - Review and clean up our existing Google Sheets accounting system (multi-entity, dual currency) - Finalize the setup of our transaction tracker, budget control, and P&L overview - Build clear reporting dashboards in Looker Studio connected to our Sheets - Document the system and train one team member (non-accountant) so he can manage day-to-day entries going forward This is primarily a setup + handover project, with potential for occasional ongoing support. **You are a great fit if you have:** - Strong Google Sheets skills (SUMIF, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, pivot tables, data validation) - Solid bookkeeping/accounting knowledge — multi-entity consolidation and intercompany transactions - Experience working with dual-currency books (IDR/EUR or similar) - Looker Studio experience (connecting to Sheets, building dashboards) - Clear communication in English or Spanish **Scope of work:** 1. Initial audit of current Sheets system (~1 week) 2. Clean up and finalize setup (~2 weeks) 3. Build Looker Studio reporting dashboard (~1 week) 4.
