Freelance Archicad Architect / BIM Draftsperson

Looking for experienced freelance Archicad Architects, BIM Modellers and Technical Draftspersons to support the planning and documentation of residential developments in Vienna, Austria. The focus lies on residential buildings, rooftop extensions and urban housing projects requiring high-quality planning and documentation standards. Scope of work * Preparation and revision of planning drawings in Archicad * Support for concept, permit and execution planning phases * Development of residential floor plans and apartment layouts * Drawing production and documentation according to Austrian standards * Coordination of revisions and project updates within BIM workflows Requirements * Excellent knowledge of Archicad * Previous experience in residential projects * Experience with BIM workflows and drawing production * Ability to work independently and reliably * Good written communication skills in English Experience with one or more of the following is considered an advantage: * European residential projects * Austrian or German building regulations * Permit planning and submission documentation * Teamwork within international BIM environments What we provide * Long-term project collaboration * Continuous project pipeline * Clearly defined tasks and deliverables * Direct communication with the project team * Fast decision-making processes We operate with our own Archicad office standard, including templates, favorites, layer structures, publisher sets, pen sets and documentation standards, which will be provided to the selected partners to ensure a consistent workflow and output quality.
