Freelance Architect / CAD Designer – Simple Data Center Site Layout (Germany)

We are looking for a freelance architect or CAD designer to create a simple, high-level site layout for a potential data center development project in Germany. The deliverable will be used to support an early-stage grid connection request with a regional energy provider. Outputs are requested in German language. This is a strictly limited, conceptual task: - 2D schematic site layout - Indication of building (simple rectangular massing) - Transformer / substation area - Grid connection point (site boundary) - Basic access road - Rough dimensions (building footprint and distances in meters) - Simple labeling and legend in German language No detailed design or architectural elaboration required. We provide: - Site location (Google Maps / official site plan) - Approximate site size - Key assumptions: - IT load ~20 MW - Total connection ~30 MW Output requested: - PDF (A3 or A4 format) - Optional: editable file (DWG, SketchUp or similar) Timeline: Quick turnaround preferred: 3–5 days ideal candidate: - Experience with simple site layouts - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar - Ability to work quickly and efficiently - Experience with industrial/commercial / data center layouts is a plus The goal is to produce a clean, simple and professional layout that shows approximate building size and positioning for coordination with the grid operator. Overly detailed or architectural designs are NOT required.
