Senior Bid Writer THE ROLE: • Identify and monitor bid, tender and DPS opportunities within the building services sector, focusing on sustainable building and retrofit projects across public, commercial and domestic sectors. • Lead the preparation, development and submission of high-quality bid applications, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines. • Collaborate closely with management, technical teams and external partners to gather necessary information and create compelling, winning proposals. • Maintain and update bid registers, track progress and manage deadlines to optimise submission success. • Analyse tender documents, prepare pricing schedules and coordinate with finance and project teams to ensure accurate costing. • Manage communication with clients and tender portals throughout the bid process • Ensure continuous improvement of bid documentation and processes by incorporating lesson learned and feedback. • Monitor competitor activity and marker tends to support strategic bid decisions. • Contribute to company growth by maintaining a strong success rate of winning bids.
