Freelance 3D Concept Designer for Trade Show Booths (AI-Assisted Rendering — SketchUp)

Job Type Ongoing, part-time / project-based. Work is assigned per client brief, with a steady flow of new concepts each month. Long-term collaboration preferred over one-off gigs. Overview Bambi Events is a booth design and build company delivering exhibition stands for international clients across Europe and the Gulf. We're looking for a freelance 3D designer to support our concept design pipeline: turning client briefs into accurate, polished 3D visuals fast, using AI-assisted rendering tools. This is a high-volume, fast-turnaround role. We regularly send out design proposals to prospective clients, and speed without sacrificing dimensional accuracy is the priority. If you enjoy rapid concept iteration over long, drawn-out design cycles, this is a good fit. Scope of Work (per assigned project) Build a properly dimensioned 3D concept model from a brief we provide (footprint, height, branding materials) Generate several distinct concept directions using AI-assisted rendering tools, keeping the model's real dimensions intact Incorporate 1–2 rounds of feedback and deliver a refined, client-ready set of visuals Provide a short animated presentation clip of the final concept Occasionally (for priority projects only): a longer, detailed walkthrough video Full 2D technical drawings and production documentation are handled separately and are not part of this scope unless discussed for a specific project. What We're Looking For Strong, fast SketchUp skills: dimensional precision is essential, this work directly supports live client pitches Hands-on experience with AI-assisted visualization tools (e.g., Chaos Veras, Enscape, D5 Render, or similar). Please specify which you use A portfolio with trade show, retail, POS, or interior concept work (renders and/or built projects) Ability to turn around a first concept set within 24–48 hours of receiving a brief Comfortable working independently from a brief with minimal back-and-forth Budget & Structure Open to either a per-concept fixed price or an hourly arrangement for an ongoing monthly volume — happy to discuss based on your rates and availability.
