Freelance Creative Partner-Brand Concept & Packaging Development
Worldwide
We’re a candy manufacturer bringing confectionery into unconventional markets—anywhere we see an opportunity to create a branded product that fits a business or brand. Fast casual restaurants, retail, sports venues, hospitality, entertainment, really, anything. We develop concepts fast and pitch cold. When they bite, we build it together. We need a creative partner to work directly with me, the founder. You’ll take a brand or opportunity I identify, rapidly develop packaging mockups and pitch materials, then help us refine them once deals close. High volume, fast iteration, real collaboration. For candy lines specifically, we typically work within gummies, sour gummies, and sour belts—you’ll help us conceptualize flavor and assortment alongside the visual concept. This is not a traditional graphic design role. We are looking for someone who can research and embody a brand, understand customer demographics and brand psychology, help conceptualize products around a company’s identity, collaborate creatively from rough ideas and vision, develop packaging concepts and visual storytelling, create premium mockups and sales materials, and present ideas in a polished manner. The ideal creative partner should be able to take any company, venue, or brand and help develop products that feel authentic and native to their ecosystem. You’ll research deeply—study their website, watch store videos, look at social media, understand their founder’s personality and mission. Then step into their brain: if this founder/company were to create their own candy line or brand ,what would they create? That’s what you’re proposing. Ideal background includes packaging design, CPG branding, hospitality branding, luxury product design, food and beverage branding, experiential or lifestyle branding, and souvenir concepts. Please include three to five examples of packaging or brand concept work when you apply. All finalists will be asked to complete a paid test project—two hours, twenty dollars. You’ll research a provided brand deeply: founder, company history, values, products, target market, overall vibe. Then propose three to five candy concepts with one-paragraph descriptions and quick rough mockups. This is how we evaluate fit. If you’re the right fit, there’s potential for significant ongoing work—but we start with freelance projects to build the relationship, understand expectations, and make sure we’re a great fit for each other. We’re a startup, so we’re transparent about that. We’re looking for someone who sees the opportunity here and wants to build something real with us. We’re starting at $10-$15 dollars an hour depending on experience. We’re looking for someone who reads this and gets so excited at the thought of creating unique branded candy concepts for biggest and best companies and brands. If that excites you, please apply!
