Freelance Creative Strategist – DTC Apparel / UGC

We’re looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to help us develop and improve high-performing paid social creative for our DTC brand. We need someone who can study our winning and losing ads, identify what’s working, and turn those insights into clear concepts and briefs for our UGC creators and editing team. What You’ll Do -Analyze ad performance and identify winning hooks, angles, and formats -Study metrics such as thumb-stop rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS -Develop new UGC concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative briefs -Review creator content and provide actionable feedback -Help us systematically iterate on winning ads -Research competitors and current creative trends Ideal Experience -Creative strategy for DTC/e-commerce brands -Strong experience with UGC and creator-led ads -Apparel, loungewear, sleepwear, comfort, or lifestyle brand experience preferred -Experience with Trybe -Strong understanding of Meta ad creative and performance metrics Please include examples of brands/ads you’ve worked on and any measurable creative results.
