Freelance Event Photo Editor / Retoucher (Ongoing Contract)

Rate: £35 per batch (15 images) Volume: Ongoing per project / monthly batches Location: Remote (UK time zone preferred for communication) About Us We produce monthly content systems for hospitality, luxury lifestyle, and commercial brands across the UK. Our clients include restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups, and premium consumer brands that require consistent, high-quality visuals delivered every month. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable freelance event photo editor to become a long-term member of our creative team. The Role This is not a one-off freelance gig; we are looking for a go-to editor for recurring monthly projects. You will be primarily responsible for editing hospitality photography, including: - Events - Lifestyle - F&B The workflow is streamlined to be fast and efficient: Editing batches of 15-60 images per project. Enhancing food visuals: colour correction, white balance, exposure adjustments, and making dishes look vibrant and appetising. Basic retouching and spot removal. Maintaining a consistent aesthetic across brand galleries (mostly clean, bright, or warm luxury hospitality tones). What We're Looking For Essential: Lightroom Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and utilise presets/batch editing to maximise your time. Eye for Food Photography: Understanding of how to balance colour and contrast to make food look appealing. Reliable Turnaround: Ability to deliver the final 15-image batch within a tight, agreed-upon deadline. Strong Communication: Responsive, organised, and open to feedback. Preferred: Experience editing for hospitality, restaurants, or luxury lifestyle brands. Based in or aligned with UK working hours.
