Freelance Event Videographer & Content Producer Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Event Dates: 28 August–6 September 2026 Duration: 10 consecutive days Working Hours: 10:00 AM–10:00 PM daily Contract Type: Freelance / Project-Based Role Overview We are seeking an experienced freelance videographer and content producer to provide full-day coverage for a large-scale exhibition in Abu Dhabi. The role requires capturing high-quality event footage, producing same-day recap videos, and creating dynamic, social-first content throughout the event. The selected freelancer must be available for the complete 10-day event period and able to manage filming, footage organisation and fast-turnaround editing. Key Responsibilities Provide full-day videography coverage of the exhibition stand and related activities. Capture visitor engagement, VIP visits, product demonstrations, interviews and key event moments. Film marketing activations, scheduled activities, and the overall exhibition atmosphere. Record high-quality B-roll for future marketing, communications, and PR use. Conduct and record short on-site interviews when required. Produce professionally edited daily recap videos. Create short vertical videos for Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital platforms. Organise, back up and transfer high-resolution raw footage after each event day. Capture drone footage where permitted and subject to regulatory and organiser approval. Daily Deliverables One professionally edited daily event recap video. Short-form vertical videos and highlight clips. Social-media-ready footage with strong pacing and storytelling. Organised high-resolution raw footage. A selection of edited clips for social media, PR and future campaigns. Same-evening delivery of the daily recap video. Required Experience and Skills Proven experience in event, exhibition,n or corporate videography. Strong portfolio demonstrating premium event coverage and social-first content. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced event environment. Experience producing same-day edits under tight deadlines. Strong understanding of framing, lighting, audio recording, and visual storytelling. Experience filming VIPs, interviews, live activations, and product demonstrations. Excellent footage organisation, backup, and data management skills. Professional communication and the ability to coordinate with an on-site marketing team. Full availability for all 10 event days. Equipment Requirements The freelancer should provide a professional production setup, including: Professional video camera and suitable lenses. Gimbal or stabilisation equipment. Wireless microphones and audio-recording equipment. Portable lighting equipment. Editing laptop and professional editing software. Storage drives and a reliable footage-backup system.
