Freelance Fashion Designer – Discovery Call for Pakistani Corporate Workwear Brand (HAWA)

We're building HAWA, a modern corporate workwear brand for professional Pakistani women, with two client personas: early-career "Risers" who need versatile, budget-conscious multi-way pieces, and senior "Anchors" who need quiet-luxury, elevated basics with impeccable tailoring. We're looking for a freelance fashion designer to start with a paid discovery conversation — share your portfolio, talk through how you'd approach designing for these two personas (silhouette, fabric choices for the Pakistani climate and workplace norms, color palette), and show your understanding of Eastern Pret/fusion and Western corporate tailoring. If there's a strong fit, this leads to a full project-based collection engagement (tech packs, illustrations, sampling coordination). Ideal for a designer with a couple of years of hands-on experience in womenswear/apparel, comfortable producing tech packs and production-ready documentation. Scope of this initial engagement: one discussion (about 1 hour, call or async) reviewing your relevant work and approach to the brief.
