Freelance Finance Manager / Management Accountant (Xero)

**We're Hiring – Freelance Finance Manager / Management Accountant (Xero)** HOG Group is a growing commercial office fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering projects across London and the South East. As we continue to grow and transition to Xero, we're looking for an experienced **freelance Finance Manager / Management Accountant** to support our business on an ongoing basis. The role will include: • Producing monthly management accounts • Bookkeeping and maintaining Xero • Accounts payable and receivable • Credit control and debtor management • Raising sales invoices and purchase orders • Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices • Bank reconciliations, VAT and CIS • Cash flow reporting and financial administration • Supporting month-end and liaising with our external accountants We're looking for someone who is: * Experienced with **Xero** * Comfortable working independently within an SME * Ideally experienced within the **construction or office fit-out industry** * Proactive, organised and commercially minded The role is flexible and can be undertaken on a freelance or part-time basis, with a mixture of remote working and occasional visits to our office in Essex.
