Freelance Full-Stack Developer for Custom Software

I am seeking a full-stack software engineer with experience building complex geospatial, planning, mapping, or real estate technology platforms. The goal is to develop an architectural site intelligence and feasibility platform with capabilities similar to TestFit, qbiq.ai, and other development planning tools. This will be an internal tool for an architecture firm. The ideal candidate has experience designing and building applications that involve: * GIS and geospatial data * Parcel and zoning analysis * Mapping applications * Site planning tools * Development feasibility software * Real estate technology platforms * Interactive 2D and 3D visualization * Optimization engines * Data aggregation from multiple public sources * AI-assisted workflows Technical experience should include several of the following: * Next.js * React * TypeScript * PostgreSQL * PostGIS * Supabase * Mapbox * ArcGIS * Three.js * OpenAI APIs * Geospatial APIs and datasets The application will ultimately provide: * Automated parcel and site analysis * Zoning and land use research * Buildable area calculations * Building envelope generation * Parking requirement calculations * Parking layout generation * Site planning test fits * Building massing studies * Development feasibility reporting * PDF report generation * Interactive GIS mapping * Scenario comparison tools I am not looking for a consultant, agency project manager, or strategist. I am looking for a highly technical builder who can help architect the software, make smart technical decisions, and actively develop the product. Candidates with experience building software for architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), real estate development, GIS, urban planning, proptech, CAD, BIM, or digital twin platforms are strongly preferred. Please provide examples of similar software products, mapping applications, planning tools, optimization engines, GIS platforms, or SaaS products you have personally built or contributed to.
