Freelance Full stack Software Developer – HRMS Portal

We are looking for an experienced freelance full stack developer to design and develop an internal Performance Management System (PMS) portal for our organization. The portal will automate and streamline our performance management process, including goal management, performance reviews, feedback workflows, promotions, and reporting. Project Scope The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying the PMS portal with a user-friendly interface and secure backend. Key Responsibilities Develop a responsive web-based PMS portal. Design and implement role-based access for: Employees, Mentors, Managers, HR, Leadership/Admin, Build end-to-end performance review workflows. Develop modules for: Goal Setting Self-Assessment Mentor Assessment Project Feedback 360° Feedback Promotion Recommendations Calibration Final Rating Publishing Build dashboards and reports for HR and leadership. Configure automated email notifications and workflow reminders. Develop approval workflows and status tracking. Integrate with Microsoft 365 (where applicable) for authentication, email notifications, and Excel/SharePoint. Ensure data security, scalability, and performance. Perform testing, bug fixing, and deployment. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer upon completion. Preferred Technical Skills React.js / Angular / Vue.js Node.js / .NET Core / Python (Django/FastAPI) SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL REST APIs Microsoft Azure (preferred) SharePoint / Microsoft Graph API (good to have) Authentication (Azure AD / SSO) Git/GitHub Responsive UI/UX Preferred Experience 3–6+ years of full-stack development experience. Experience building HRMS, PMS, ERP, or workflow automation platforms. Experience designing approval workflows and dashboards. Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 applications is preferred.
