HOW WE WORK We run a small, disciplined operation. High standards, high output per person. Our Google Ads are already live, and we need someone to own them and improve what matters: more qualified conversions at a lower cost. This is an initial project to see how we work together. If it goes well, it becomes ongoing work. You are measured on outcomes, not on hours logged or reports filed. Strong results grow your upside. This is not a role for someone who manages an account passively. It is for someone who takes ownership and stands behind the numbers. --- WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Success is hitting the KPI targets we set together at kickoff. Typically: - Lower cost-per-conversion (CPA) without losing volume - Higher return on ad spend (ROAS) - More qualified conversions (leads, bookings, sales), not clicks or impressions - Conversion tracking that ties every dollar of spend to a real result - Wasted spend cut, budget moved to what works - Reporting that shows what changed and what it produced --- WHAT YOU OWN - Auditing the account and acting on the highest-impact opportunities first - Optimising search campaigns for conversions, not traffic - Verifying and fixing conversion tracking (GA4 / GTM / Google Ads) - Improving conversion quality and cost efficiency - Retargeting to recover conversions that do not close first time - Scaling what works, cutting what does not, without being chased --- WHO THIS IS FOR You are self-directed and accountable. You report in numbers. You escalate early and close loops without being chased. You can show real results you produced, not screenshots of activity. Experience level matters less than results, so newer talent with a real track record is welcome. If you would rather "manage" an account without being accountable, this is not the role.
