Freelance Graphic Designer (CPG / Food & Beverage) – Ongoing Project-Based Work

We are a CPG company in the meat snack category looking for a freelance graphic designer to support our marketing team on an initial internal digital billboard project, with the opportunity to become part of our preferred freelance designer roster for future work. Our first project is to design graphics for an internal digital billboard displayed at one of our manufacturing facilities. The primary audience is our employees, so the creative should celebrate our brands, highlight key holidays, company moments, and showcase our products in a clean, engaging way. The billboard has specific size and resolution requirements that will be provided. Beyond this project, we're looking to build a roster of reliable freelance designers to support a variety of marketing materials on an as-needed basis. Some months may have multiple projects while others may have none. Typical projects include: Internal digital billboards Sell sheets Retail and shopper marketing materials Digital ads Posters and signage Sales support materials Light image retouching and production work We're looking for someone who: Has experience designing for CPG brands (food & beverage or consumer packaged goods preferred) Creates polished, retail-ready marketing materials Is proactive, responsive, and easy to collaborate with Can work efficiently with quick turnaround times when needed Is comfortable taking creative direction while also bringing thoughtful design recommendations Is interested in an ongoing freelance relationship for project-based work When applying, please include: A portfolio showcasing relevant CPG or consumer brand work (especially retail, shopper marketing, or sales materials) A brief overview of your experience with CPG brands Your typical turnaround time for projects similar to this one We look forward to finding a designer who can become a trusted creative partner for our brands.
