Freelance Graphic Designer (Corporate Collateral)
Worldwide
ALCiT is a Canadian Managed Security Services Provider (cybersecurity) helping small and medium businesses become and stay cybersecure. We're looking for a skilled graphic designer to become our go-to partner for polishing marketing and sales collateral; one-pagers, postcards, and multi-page documents. We handle the content and rough layout. You make it look professional, on-brand, and ready to send. You'll be working from our written copy, a starting mock-up or layout direction, and a complete brand guideline (colours, logo usage, typography, imagery direction). Your job is to take that raw material and elevate it into something polished enough to put in front of a CEO or IT director. This is ongoing work, not a single gig. If we like working together, expect a steady stream of projects. What you'll be creating - One-pagers — sales sheets, event collateral, service overviews - Postcards — direct mail and event invitations (save-the-dates, etc.) - Multi-page documents — proposals, assessment reports, and similar client-facing PDFs What you'll bring - A strong portfolio of corporate/B2B design work, not just social media graphics. We want to see one-pagers, sales collateral, or similar print/PDF pieces specifically. - Comfort working within an existing brand system (colour palette, logo rules, typography) rather than starting from a blank page every time. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent professional tools. Please specify if you use something else). - Ability to deliver print-ready PDFs and editable source files (so we can make small future edits in-house if needed). - Good communication and reasonable turnaround on revisions. Nice to have - Experience designing for bilingual English/French Canadian materials (understanding of accented text, and that French copy typically runs 15–20% longer than English, which affects layout). - Experience in B2B tech, IT, or professional services marketing. - Comfort with both print production (bleed, CMYK, paper stock awareness) and digital-ready PDF export. What we provide - A complete brand guideline (colours, logo files in multiple formats, typography, imagery direction) - Final copy for each piece - A rough mock-up or content outline as a starting point - Clear, single-point-of-contact feedback (no design-by-committee) To Apply Please include: 1. 2–3 portfolio samples of corporate one-pagers, postcards, or similar collateral (not just logos or social posts) 2. Your typical turnaround time for a one-pager, from brief to final file 3. What file formats you deliver 4. Your hourly rate or a sample fixed price for "one one-pager, copy and rough layout provided"
