Freelance HubSpot Workflow & Automation Specialist We are looking for an experienced HubSpot freelancer to help us build, structure and manage HubSpot for a fundraising platform used for birthdays, farewells and everyday life moments. Current status: we currently have HubSpot but almost nothing is set up yet. We are starting from scratch. The goal is to delegate HubSpot management to someone who can build workflows, automations and create a clean setup that scales with the company. Scope * Structure and manage HubSpot from scratch * Create and improve workflows and automations * Define customer journeys, segmentation and stages * Create dashboards and reporting * Set up acquisition workflows * Connect marketing activities with HubSpot workflows and automations * Collaborate with external marketing agencies when needed * Document changes and keep HubSpot organized * Newsletter automation Requirements * Strong HubSpot experience (HubSpot expert only) * Experience building HubSpot setups from scratch * Experience creating workflows and automations * Ability to understand business needs and translate them into workflows * Fluent English Please apply with * Relevant projects / experience * Hourly or day rate * Availability * Your suggested scope / approach for this project * Your rough budget estimate for such a project Short exercise (max 20 min) Imagine you join tomorrow.
