Freelance Integration Specialist Needed

Power Automate & Multi-Platform Integrations About us We’re a ~65-person creative agency in New York. We are mid-rollout of a modernized tech stack and need a freelance integration specialist to architect and build cross-platform automations using Microsoft Power Automate as the primary orchestration layer. Platforms in scope Box (Enterprise Plus), HubSpot, Workamajig, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Microsoft 365 Initial focus Automated project folder creation in Box when a new project is created in Workamajig, following a client/brand/project hierarchy via the Box API. This is a contained, well-defined deliverable that will serve as a proof of concept for the broader integration program. Future phases HubSpot deal-stage triggers that create deal workspaces in Box and initiate project setup across platforms on close-won. Teams channel creation with a linked Box tab per project. Metadata pass-through to keep client/brand/project names consistent across all platforms. Miro board creation tied to project lifecycle events. Required experience Power Automate (including HTTP/premium connectors), Box API, HubSpot API, REST API integrations. Workamajig API experience is a plus but not critical; documentation will be provided. Familiarity with Microsoft Graph is desirable. Engagement details Initial scope: ~20-30 hours for phase one, with the expectation of an ongoing relationship as we layer on additional integrations. Remote, flexible schedule. Must be available for weekly check-ins with our internal IT lead.
