Freelance Marketing & Creative Specialists for Ongoing Project Support

I’m building a trusted roster of freelance specialists to support my growing marketing and business consulting practice. I work with businesses that need everything from occasional project support to ongoing marketing execution and fractional leadership. Depending on the client and project, I bring in specialists to complement my own experience and capabilities. This is not necessarily an immediate project or a full-time position. My goal is to build relationships with talented freelancers now so that when the right need comes up, we already know each other. What I'm looking for Most importantly, I'm looking for doers. I typically handle the overall strategy, direction and client relationship, so I need hands-on specialists who can take that direction and turn it into high-quality work. I'm currently looking to connect with people across areas such as: - Design & creative: social graphics, ads, email creative, presentations and marketing materials - Social media: content creation, scheduling, Reels/video, engagement and content calendars - Paid media: Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaign setup, management and optimization - SEO, AEO & AI search: technical and on-page SEO, local SEO, schema and AI-search optimization - Websites: Webflow builds and updates, landing pages, maintenance and CRO - Email & automation: email campaigns, nurture sequences, HubSpot/CRM workflows, Zapier/Make and integrations - Analytics: GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, Looker Studio and dashboards - Copy & content: websites, email, ads, social, blogs and lead-generation content - Other specialties: video, photography, proposals/RFPs, grant writing, presentation design and marketing technology **You do not need to do all of these things.** I'm much more interested in people who are excellent at a few specific areas than someone who claims to do everything. I absolutely value people who bring ideas and recommendations to the table, but I'm primarily looking for people who enjoy **doing the work**, not just providing strategy. I'm especially interested in freelancers who: * Have a strong Upwork history and positive client feedback * Are experienced and confident in their specialty * Communicate well and are dependable * Can work independently and meet deadlines * Are comfortable with me leading the overall strategy and client relationship * Care about the quality of their work and the client experience * Are interested in developing longer-term working relationships Experience working with agencies, consultants or as a behind-the-scenes/white-label partner is a plus.
