Freelance Marketing Manager – UK Social Campaign Launch (Meta/TikTok)

We're looking for an experienced freelance marketing manager to support the UK launch of a new campaign, working closely with our creative/media agency. What you'll do: - Act as marketing support alongside our agency through creative development and campaign execution, coordinating timelines and milestones - Manage production and sign-off of campaign assets across agency, global, legal and internal teams - Oversee campaign delivery on Meta and TikTok - Monitor performance, challenge agency recommendations, and identify optimisation opportunities - Build tracking dashboards and performance reports - Prepare campaign updates for the Sales team - Potentially conduct sell-out analysis (Nielsen/Circana experience a plus) to assess market impact What we're looking for: - 4+ years' marketing experience, including UK social campaigns (Meta/TikTok) - Experience working with both creative and media agencies - Solid understanding of UK consumer marketing and retail landscape - Confident challenging agency work and holding a high bar on execution - Strong track record monitoring KPIs and driving optimisation - Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders - FMCG or consumer healthcare experience preferred - UK-based preferred (not essential) for occasional in-person sessions Timeline: Start ASAP, onboarding by the third week of July, running through to end of November (campaign launches end of September).
