Freelance Mid/Senior Designer

About Us: We're looking for a creative and experienced Senior Designer to partner with our team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact across our core brand touchpoints during a busy and exciting period. The Role: You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the visual identity of our brand across various channels. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Email Design: Designing engaging and high-performing email campaigns that are both on-brand and effective. This will include create high performing templates we can use across campaigns. 2. Direct Mail: Creating compelling and creative assets for our direct mail campaigns. 3. Campaign Look & Feel: Developing and defining the "look and feel" for upcoming brand campaigns and promotions, ensuring consistency and creative excellence from concept to execution. Who We're Looking For: We need a seasoned designer who can seamlessly integrate with our team and start contributing from day one. You should have: - A strong portfolio that demonstrates extensive experience in email, direct mail, and brand campaign design. - Be able to communicate well and deliver on time - Excellent conceptual and visual design skills. - The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively across multiple projects. - Proficiency with Figma is essential - Strong AI-assisted image editing skills - Strong animation skills.
