Freelance 3D Modeller / Visualiser

We are looking for a reliable 3D modeller / visualiser to assist with ongoing residential pergola projects. We typically provide site photos, basic dimensions, floor plans and our proposed pergola drawings. The information is often incomplete, so the ability to accurately recreate an existing house from limited information is important. The existing house model only needs to be realistic and proportionally correct. The focus is on accurately modelling the proposed pergola, beam layout, posts and zip screen locations and producing 2–4 rendered views suitable for client presentations. This is intended to be an ongoing arrangement for the right person.
