I'm looking for a motion designer to help bring my website and project case studies to life through thoughtful, design-forward motion. Project Scope Create motion documentation of my portfolio website Animate website interactions, transitions, and project pages Develop short case-study videos for portfolio and social sharing Capture the feeling and narrative of the work, not just screen recordings Integrate typography, imagery, and motion in a cohesive way Potentially create multiple videos across different projects What I'm Looking For Strong understanding of design, typography, layout, and pacing Experience creating motion for design studios, creative agencies, artists, museums, or cultural institutions Ability to transform static work into engaging visual narratives Experience with After Effects, Figma workflows, Rive, or similar tools Comfortable collaborating with a designer and helping shape the story of the work Deliverables 30–90 second project showcase videos Website walkthroughs and interaction animations Social-friendly motion assets High-resolution exports for portfolio presentations To Apply Please include: Portfolio or reel Relevant website, branding, editorial, or cultural project examples Your hourly rate or project rate A brief note about your approach to motion storytelling Bonus if you have experience working with typography, publications, exhibitions, music, arts organizations, museums, or cultural projects.
