Summary

We're looking for an independent freelancer (not an agency) who can own our paid advertising across multiple platforms — Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond. This isn't a set-it-and-forget-it role. We need someone who is actively in the accounts, watching performance, reallocating budget in real time, and always thinking about what to test next. What makes this role different: we want someone with a design eye too. You don't need to be a full-time designer, but you should be able to concept and produce compelling ad creatives — or at minimum, give sharp creative direction that gets results. --- WHAT YOU'LL DO • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms • Monitor performance daily and proactively shift budget toward what's working • Develop campaign strategies and bring fresh ideas — not just execute what's handed to you • Create or direct ad creatives (static, video, carousel) that are on-brand and built to convert • Run structured creative and audience tests to continuously improve performance • Provide clear, regular reporting with honest analysis and your recommendations --- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Proven hands-on experience managing paid ads across multiple platforms with real budget responsibility • Strong analytical mindset — you're comfortable reading data and making fast, confident decisions • Creative ability or sensibility — you can design basic ad assets or clearly direct someone who does • A proactive approach — you flag issues before we do and come with solutions, not just updates • Experience working directly with brands or founders (not just inside agencies) • Reliable, communicative, and independent — we want a true partner, not someone who needs to be managed • Bonus: familiarity with AI tools that improve ad creative production or campaign analysis --- IMPORTANT: Please apply as an individual freelancer only.
