Freelance Podcast Editor & Content Repurposing

We're looking for a long-term freelance Podcast Editor & Content Repurposing Specialist to help us build a consistent content engine for our B2B sales and AI consultancy. We record interviews with founders, CEOs, sales leaders and technology executives using Riverside. Your role is to transform each recording into engaging, high-quality content that grows our brand across LinkedIn, YouTube and podcast platforms. For every episode, you'll: * Edit the full podcast (45–60 minutes) * Remove mistakes, pauses and filler words where appropriate * Add professional intros, outros, captions and branding * Create 10–15 engaging short-form clips with strong hooks for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Instagram * Write compelling titles and descriptions * Create a YouTube thumbnail (preferred but not essential) * Upload or schedule content across our channels (if required) * Organise all assets so they're easy for the team to access We're looking for someone who understands business content and knows how to identify moments that founders, CEOs and sales professionals will find valuable. We want clean, professional content with excellent pacing, subtitles and storytelling that maximises engagement. Initially we'll produce 1–2 podcast episodes per week, with the aim of building a long-term partnership as the business grows.
