Freelance Producer

NEED TO BE LOCAL TO DETROIT, MI OR BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO DETROIT, MI (expenses will be reimbursed). This is a 1x project and not on-going. We're staffing a multi-day, multi-location photoshoot for an automotive aftermarket client. Need an agency-side producer to own budget, scheduling, logistics, and vendor management from pre-production through final delivery of assets. Required skills/experience: • Proven experience producing commercial photo shoots, ideally automotive, retail, or brand lifestyle • Experience managing multi-location shoots and coordinating vendors • Experience with talent casting and usage rights/releases • Budget ownership and vendor negotiation experience • Comfortable working with agency creative teams and client stakeholders
