Freelance Purchasing Assistant – RFQ Email Monitoring & Spreadsheet Management (Aviation/MRO)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant / freelancer to help manage our purchasing email inbox and organize RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses. Responsibilities: Monitor a dedicated purchasing email inbox daily (Monday–Friday) Forward important emails to the owner when urgent Extract supplier quotes and enter them accurately into a Google Sheet / Excel spreadsheet Organize responses by part number, supplier, price, lead time, and availability Flag the best 2–3 options for each RFQ Keep the spreadsheet clean, updated, and easy to review Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent English communication (both written and reading) Experience with Gmail and Google Sheets / Excel Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines Aviation or MRO (Maintenance Repair Overhaul) industry experience is a big plus but not required Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Hours & Commitment: 2–4 hours per day, Monday to Friday Must be available during Eastern Time business hours (flexible)
